5 Common Misconceptions About Starseeds

For the longest time, like many of you here reading this, I’ve known that I am not entirely from this world at the soul level. You could say that since the time I was a small child I had this inner knowing of other beings and civilisations out there, I had visitations by ETs and couldn’t quite explain it or put it into place in my human life. It was very difficult to be able to cope with that, knowing that because you have experienced situations that are so radically different, that it’s then very difficult to talk about your feelings with others without it being dismissed as absurd.

That’s why when I decided to get into this work and have this conversation with others, helping to guide them as well through the galactic learning journey, to help them discover their multidimensional selves and know that it’s okay to be different. And to know that you are appreciated and loved for your differences, whether you come here as a seeker to understand your Starseed journey or not. I want you to know that your differences are very loved and special and they are what make you, YOU!

The Starseed awakening is a deeply personal inner journey, that is specific to you and your soul journey as a galactic human on this Earth, bridging the gap between dimensions and worlds. Know that this journey serves a purpose, otherwise you would not be awakened to this right now that your soul has had existences as galactic and multidimensional beings.

If these existences are bleeding into your current everyday awareness, know that this is for a reason. And your higher self would not have shown you this, if you were not prepared for it. This would not be relevant to you, if you were not meant for it.

Therefore, know your soul journey is just relevant to where you are and where you are at, at this time. It’s deeply personal to you, and you may not always resonate with what others are going through and their soul journeys. That is perfectly okay and the way it’s meant to be as you will not always resonate with the soul journeys and experiences of others.

That being said, I’ve noticed in recent months anger and misconceptions towards these personal soul journeys as you may find some do not understand your soul journey, and wish to place judgement upon it. While doing this work I get all sorts of comments and judgements projected upon the galactic soul journey, and so for the benefit of all who wish to understand more about the misconceptions and judgements placed upon Starseeds and how to address them, read on!

Misconception 1: Starseeds are racist!

Due to sensational mass media coverage on the galactic awakening journey, you can find rhetoric such as “Starseeds are racism” that is certainly not true for most people on the awakening journey.

Thanks to mass media slop websites pumping out sensationalist headlines, there is this misconception that “Starseeds are racist” that exists, due to false equivalencies being made and the Starseed movement being associated with right-wing rhetoric. Upon closer inspection you will find that for many people that are a part of this journey, they have no desire whatsoever to be racist and hateful towards others, in fact many of their galactic guides and helpers will let them know to be loving and non judgmental towards others!

Most of the Starseeds that I’ve met and have come into my practice, are surprisingly just ordinary people with ordinary jobs with kind hearts and souls that are asking questions about “Who am I as a soul?” “Where did I come from before I had a lifetime on this Earth?”, and are not interested in hating others based on their skin colour. This would not be supported by the benevolent galactic guides and helpers that are guiding you on your journey, that you would be racist towards others.

Perhaps where this rhetoric can come from are only a very small portion of the Starseed community that act like the Pleiadians with blonde hair and blue eyes are superior to all other beings. Or they act like only the Nordic Pleiadian beings and a few others are out there, and that barely any other beings exist outside of that. This is a very limited mindset that myself and many others on this Starseed journey do not agree with, in fact in my work within the Akashic Records and while doing quantum hypnosis sessions I’ve found that galactic humanoids of all colours and shapes exist in the cosmos and I’m trying to put that information out there so it is known.

There are beings with brown and black skin within the Hyades star cluster, the Cassiopeia constellation, Canis Major constellation, the star of Vega, the Aries constellation and in many other areas. This information is not often talked about, and my hope is that if spiritual seekers care to have a balanced perspective on the Starseed subject, that they may seek this out through their own soul explorations.

On the other side of this, I often have to remind people to please look at my other work featuring beings of all different colours and shades before cherry picking, as often the depictions of Pleiadians can be very triggering for some and they falsely claim that talking about beings from the stars with pale skin is racist. Neither viewpoint is correct, both the New Age right-wing view that the white Pleiadian beings are saving us all, and the left-wing view that any talk of pale skinned beings from space is racism.

Both of these are false and rather extreme viewpoints, and I remind everyone that even though extreme viewpoints have been promoted in the mainstream and in social media, this is in NO way normal. And this is in no way the truth. In reality, who knows what is really going on, we all need to take what resonates for our personal soul journey and leave the rest. As this is a very personal soul journey, that may have various meanings for you.

Misconception 2: Starseeds are NOT spiritual!

Ever been dismissed that your spiritual journey simply isn’t spiritual enough? That Starseeds are not spiritual? Read on!

This is one that’s come up occasionally and will present itself with people that are on a totally different spiritual path to you, and will claim that your own spiritual path is invalid and simply not “Spiritual enough”. I’d like to remind everyone that this is THEIR judgement, and has nothing to do with you and your soul journey. Your soul journey on this Earth is personal to you, and is between you and source energy, your higher self, your guides and your soul council. The truth is, nobody else’s personal judgment matters in this.

The spiritual space is not a competition for who can spiritual the hardest, but some people definitely treat it like that. If you are a part of a community or group that treats spirituality as some form of competitive sport, have a think to yourself and reevaluate if that group is serving you. Personally I don’t even like to label myself as spiritual anymore, because it brings with it all kinds of baggage that I don’t need, it’s just another constraint. You may even discover yourself, that you no longer need that label. As it’s very freeing to just give it up and to just be your authentic true self, without the need to “act spiritual”, which is a constraint in itself.

It’s all about consciousness, and your own connection to that, there’s no need to conform or perform!

If spirituality was all about who can meditate the hardest in a cold damp cave, or who can go on the most retreats, or who can have the most dreadlocks in their hair, or who can read the most esoteric books to absorb and parrot the information, then at that stage it’s truly lost the plot and become performative.

If within your soul journey, if you have deeply spiritual experiences of love and peace from star beings, remember lifetimes from galactic past lives, or experience deeply meaningful and transformative events related to your Starseed journey, that’s very personal to you and absolutely valid. I want to remind you once again, that this soul journey is your own path and yes your path and your soul mission, will be different to other people’s and that’s perfectly okay. Your journey does not need to be the same as others, and others journeys don’t need to be the same as yours. It would be a very bland universe if that happened!

Misconception 3: Starseeds are ego based!

Ever got told the good ol chestnut “You are ego based if you are a Starseed!” Even if you know you are not? Here’s how to flush that turd down the loo 🚽 where it belongs!

You know the drill, you had a wonderful loving galactic experience in a meditation/journey/or past life regression and you decide to share your experience, feeling that it might help others, and a notification pops up on your phone, it looks like someone has judged your deeply personal experience and labelled it as something that is ego based! What do you do in this situation!? 😱

First of all, know that your experience is your own personal journey, and this may be not resonating for some others who cannot relate to what you have gone through. It certainly does not mean that you or your experience is wrong and ego based. This word gets thrown around a lot in spiritual circles, sometimes it speaks to a valid truth, and unfortunately sometimes this is just another way for narcissists and bullies to control others is to label them as ego based.

You have to feel very deeply into yourself, if this makes sense to you and what context this is being said in. If the person using that term is doing so in the highest integrity and without judgement for others.

And oops! If you unfairly judge someone else as ego based, is that not ego based in itself?

Where Starseeds can go astray and identify with their ego based ideas, is when they strongly identify with any particular Starseed label such as Arcturian, Pleiadian and so on. That any ideas of being part of any other galactic or Earth collectives, get ignored because they are too focused on the idea of being a Pleiadian. Where they can also go wrong is when they have ideas that because they are a Starseed they are somehow superior to others, and that they must be so much better than NPCs (non player characters), muggles and normies.

In this case, it would be worth delving into why you feel the need to label everyone else as an NPC, perhaps you feel frustration that you were bullied in school or in the workplace for your differences? Either way it would be important to have a healing session or do the shadow work to help release that so you can feel more at peace as yourself.

In truth, I’ve discovered through my work that nobody is 100% a Starseed of just one collective. That we are all a wonderful mixture of different collectives and energies, from MANY different star systems, so really there’s no need to just fit yourself squarely into one ego label.

Misconception 4: Starseeds are NOT REAL!

Really what is real though? This blog post was published at the end of 2025 and we are still debating that one!

This is an easy one to understand. Some souls just aren’t at the stage that you are at right now in regards to their soul journeys. They may dismiss your deep soul experiences as not being real, and while their words may hurt you, that doesn’t mean that their words have any meaning to what is real for you on your personal life path.

Know that their opinion is just an opinion, and quite frankly some opinions suck if they are used to invalidate your experiences and belittle you. However, you don’t need to feel bad about this at all. Know that that’s just their experience and in their world, that the things that you experienced are not real because they’ve never seen or experienced it themselves. So if you can allow their words to just flow off you like water off a ducks back, and know deep within yourself that you do have all the answers to the questions you need to know inside you. And that you know what’s best for your personal soul journey and mission while on this Earth.

Not everyone will understand and that’s okay. And you don’t even need to necessarily label yourself as a Starseed to know that you have galactic connections and past lifetimes as galactic beings.

Many of the people who reject this information at first, but you may discover that down along the line they see or experience something in their own time that really causes them to question their beliefs. The truth is that most souls on this Earth whether they are aware of it or not, will have had galactic past lives. The soul does not like to be constrained to one particular place or planet, and will often go out to experience many different existences.

If you are the only one in your family with past life memories returning to you of other galactic lifetimes and experiences, congratulations! 🥳 You are probably the cycle breaker! Your other family members and friends may bloom later on, as your energies spread out and affect them even in ways which they are not even aware of yet.

Remember, you came to this soul path for a reason. Even if they can’t see it yet, or you can’t see it yet, know that everything is happening just as it’s meant to.

Misconception 5: Starseeds are demons!

You know the drill, you happened to mistakenly pour out your heart and soul into what you said, and that ultra religious person you know has accused you of being a demon. Did they not get the memo that this isn’t the Middle Ages anymore? Jeez!

This one is probably one of the misconceptions about galactic beings that I’ve seen a lot recently, with all of the crazy stuff going on in the world, some have shifted to hardcore religion as a means to cope. The trouble with viewing everything from a religious mindset is that it’s just another form of social control, especially when you use this as a weapon of control against others that you don’t necessarily resonate with.

In case you don’t know about me, I am actually a practitioner of Soul Center Healing Hypnosis and as part of the learning from this accredited modality, we acknowledge that actual dark beings, demonic entities do exist and can negatively influence people’s energetic bodies. The creator of soul center healing hypnosis, Laura Whitworth discovered this as she was conducting hypnosis sessions and in some sessions, something else would be discovered in the client that was deep beneath the surface, a negative entity attachment that would make itself known sometimes even by spitting and swearing at the practitioner! even if the client themselves was perfectly polite. This caused Laura to investigate what was going on, and she discovered that the spirit world is far more complex than what the New Age modalities within the spiritual community were teaching!

Now it’s time for interdimensional storytime!

As I’ve had experiences with REAL demonic beings and fallen angelic beings as part of the work that I do, I can safely say that the energetic resonance of demonic beings and benevolent galactic beings are totally different. Demonic and fallen angelic beings are spiritual beings that I’ve found reside mostly in dark parallel dimensions, some known as the Phantom Matrix .

These are dimensions that are largely cut off from God/Source energy so souls experience a very fragmented existence here as they play out experiences in these ghoulish forms. The problem was when humans in prehistoric times decided to open up portals and gateways into these dimensions from having had dark influences from negative ETs, and in doing so, the demonic and fallen angelic beings flooded into this world.

And it wasn’t just here where this happened, many other worlds were affected by black magic and beings from these dark dimensions. Many of the worlds within Draco and then Orion became so linked in to this, that it formed a network of control that also entangled the Earth and so many other planets. First spreading from the Draconian beings, to the reptilians and then out to many other species. As you can see, there’s a very long history to this dark control, as beings from the demonic realms decided to spread out and affect beings from the physical galactic reality.

But are galactic beings themselves demons? In short, no. Negative extraterrestrials exist as do negative humans on Earth, but we don’t go calling them demons. They can however, become affected by these dark entities and spititual forces. A clear distinction needs to be made here, and for those who are a bit on the smarter side you may already be aware that they are different.

What the religious doctrines don’t teach however, (and never will!) is that their texts are also heavily influenced by black magic and these demonic beings posing as “God” and beings of light. Yes, that’s right, nobody is above this stuff! Not even the religious. That’s why you can see references in the Old Testament to God requesting sacrificial practices, this is NOT benevolent, this is a clear sign of a dark being convincing humans to use black magic in order for the dark being to have control. It wasn’t until Jesus/Yeshua incarnated on Earth, that he finally helped to start the dismantling of this black magic control grid, that which we are still breaking apart today by bringing the Christ consciousness in! So as I’ve discovered, it’s not about following a dogmatic (dark hijacked) church doctrine at all, Jesus being THE WAY meant that he was a trailblazer, to blaze the path for us to follow!

So are Starseeds demons? Definitely not. We can put this to rest now. If you have a deep knowing within your soul that you are a being of love, then that’s all the answer you need.
