Get in contact with me afterwards and let me know what days you would like to book your additional 2 sessions on. You can use our rebook your appointment service in the book now section to book additional days for free. Make sure you provide at least a week or two in between sessions to integrate your healing, you can also span them a month apart and that is also recommended. As for the reading you can organise to have it at any time that suits you. Choose some topics to ask for the reading, and prepare a set of questions for each session we do. This is going to help you a whole lot and you’ll get all the answers you need. This can be done in person or online and please prepare 20 mins to 1 hour for the reading and 3-5 hours for each BQH sessions, so this will take up most of your day, it’s a whole day activity and you really do get your money’s worth. You will need around 15 questions for each session for your subconscious to answer, these could be about in your life right now, any past life situations you wonder about, whatever is most important and pressing to you can be addressed. I will also email you a file of what to expect, and how to prepare. I will also write some questions down after your reading, we will discuss what we found out and delve far more deeply into this during your session. Please note: YOU WILL NEED A ZOOM ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NEED A HEADSET WITH A MICROPHONE ON THE MOUTH. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO VISUALISE. Before each session and reading you will need to send your questions via email. Please note that people with contraindications of schizophrenia and history of psychosis CANNOT have regressions. It may bring on adverse effects in these individuals. I am not responsible if you withhold information about your medical history. If I suspect there may be a history of such I will cease the session and not continue. For your own safety, do not book a session if you have these contraindications.
